Assignments: consultancy on renewing employability strategy, enhancing graduate outcomes and related organisational change; recruitment of a new director of careers and employability; consultancy on apprenticeships and higher skills; commissioning and contributing to a pamphlet on teaching excellence policy, and developing a sustainable place-based HE model for a south east town.
Other contracts involved strategy and governance reviews for a creative provider operating across multiple levels in complex organisational forms; acting as interim Principal at alternative providers (producing a new strategic plan, restructuring senior teams, leading recruitment rounds and managing regulatory interfaces) and joining Boards as an active non-executive Director.
